You have to push yourself and go hard!
You have to have the willingness to push yourself and get the hard work done!
For example, do one more push up every time during your workout. After a short period of time your body will get stronger, which will help to improve your endurance strength. So set yourself a challenge and start pushing yourself to your limits each time you train.

Just train as hard as you can all the time!
